Orders and Payment:

Please review your order very carefully in the basket and checkout before the final payment is made as all website purchases are subject to our Refunds policy. Orders will only be processed when payment is received in full. If for whatever reason payment is not received in full we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

Direct Credit Payment Option:

This is where you are responsible for depositing the funds into our bank account, using phone banking, internet banking or by manually depositing the money in our account. By choosing this payment option, you accept responsibility for processing payment in a timely manner. Your order will not be released to you until we have verified that the funds have been deposited into our account and any cheques have cleared.

Pricing:

The products listed for sale on the Applianceplus website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Reference to “was” and “normally” in the offers refers to either a manufacturer suggested retail price (SRP) or Applianceplus ticketed pricing. While we endeavour to ensure all information and pricing is accurate Applianceplus does reserve the right to refuse sale if an error has been made. All product are offered as an invitation to treat and except and omitting errors (E&OE).

Availability:

We will make every endeavour to ensure that stock is available for your order. We cannot and do not guarantee supply from either the website or Applianceplus stores. In the event that we are out of stock you will be notified via email.
